Welcome on-board

We have designed an on-boarding process that facilitates the discovery of the Company and build a network. First welcomed by a representative of the personnel department and his manager who accompany him in his first steps in the company, each new employee benefits from an individual program that starts with a field internship.

 

Integrate a technician position in a factory

Integration, training and professional development of all are the fundamental levers for the success of our company.

Thus all employees benefit from training of different duration.

A seminar for agents takes place over 3 days, 2 of which are dedicated to integration into the position.

The last day take place at the end of the first year of mission.

Integration process for managers and employees

Welcome day

This day is a time of exchanges and sharing that aims to discover the Company and start building the professional network of the new employee.

Field internship / Discovery of tyre manufacturing

All new employees take part in a training session to discover how to make a tyre.
The objective of this internship is to get to know the different stages of tyre manufacturing by making one with the assistance of an instructor from the School of Tyres.

Factory/Commerce Discovery Internship (executive status)

New employees with executive status will also have the opportunity to complete a factory or commercial internship that will allow them to discover the reality of Michelin's industrial world and better understand the various issues facing factories, managers and customer service...

Integration seminar

Depending on their level of responsibility, each manager or employee will participate in a 3-day seminar or a 3-week session at the group's headquarters in Clermont-Ferrand.
