Account Manager

Responsible for the business of his/her area.
In line with the group's sales strategy, he/she builds relationships with customers in which he/she is in charge and make proposals for expanding the customer's business, thereby improving customer satisfaction and expanding business in the area.

Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for the business of the region.
Regional Sales Manager performs a wide variety of tasks, such as formulate and implement a regional strategy so that the activities of Account Managers in the region can be carried out efficiently, or support and coach team members.

Key account manager

Define strategy and business approach on his accounts
Constructs and develops a long-term partnership with the customer
Is the interface on all commercial aspects between Michelin and the customer
Proposes and implements commercial offers for one or more key accounts

Director of Country Operations

Manages day-to-day business operations for a given country to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals

Customer Service Center

Responsible for ensuring that the customer's orders are captured and the safe delivery of the product to the customer.
Also in charge of supporting activities coordinating with the field sales team.
CSC helps to maintain customer satisfaction understanding their complaint, billing, accounting, debt, etc.
