Michelin gets 94/100 on gender equality index

Michelin is convinced that gender diversity is a real asset for the company’s performance. The percentage of women in management positions in industry has increased from 2% to 20% in 10 years and we have obtained a score of 94/100 on the Gender Equality Index, which reflects the absence of wage discrimination and career development between men and women in the company.

The company's ambition is to continue to make progress on issues of gender diversity and professional equality between women and men. In particular, we want to increase the share of women in management with a target of 30% by 2020.
