Working in marketing, sales and communication at Michelin

Our marketing and sales force teams liaise directly with the Michelin Group's customers, in our offices and in the field, to develop and implement the Group's sales policy. The communication team's role is to protect and develop Michelin's reputation and the image of the brands and their products and services, and help achieve our objectives.

I came to Michelin 4 years ago to run a franchising project called "TYREPLUS". That experience deepened my understanding of points of sale and led to my current position as DDM (Distribution Development Manager) for the South America zone.

This position requires me to develop the distribution strategy and ensure sustained market access for our products. One critical aspect of my work is developing a clear and modern strategy for distribution channels, as is regular communication with the Marketing and Sales teams.  

My career path with Michelin :

  • Franchise Development Manager
    Contributes to franchise network expansion and manages the incorporation of new franchise locations
  • Zone Distribution Development Manager
    Builds the distribution strategy according to the Group Distribution Approach and standards, in order to ensure market access.
