Our recruitment process , like so many things at Michelin, is unique. Say goodbye to standardized personality tests – our recruiters want to know what you can bring to the job, how your past has shaped you and how you see your evolution within the company.
You’ll start the process with our online application. If we’re intrigued by your experience, we’ll let you know within 30 days. Then, we’ll set up a preliminary telephone interview with a recruiter a few days after that.
The recruitment day: Relax!
Within a week, you’ll thus find out if you’ve been invited to one of our recruitment days:
If there’s a positive outcome, we’ll bring the candidate into the corporate office or plant for an interview
During this day of interviews, you’ll meet with different members of the Michelin staff: a recruiter, the hiring manager and the HR manager. Don’t be shy – that’s the time to show us your stuff – and relax! Just in case, your recruiter will do everything possible to make sure you feel comfortable, so that your experience speaks for you.
Asking good questions

A successful candidate, says Castaneda, is one who “shows confidence, is honest with their answers, is a good fit for the position and asks good questions.” If all goes well, Michelin will usually make you an offer the same day.
