Constructive proposal of an individual nature for the purpose of making progress for the Company (reduction in costs, improvement in quality, avoidance of an error, ...).
Priority major objective, set in the context of the strategic planning process in order to obtain a major improvement in a chosen strategic area. This objective is difficult to achieve and requires full development. Using the term "breakthrough" is restricted to the Group, the LPs (Product Lines) and the CT (Technology Centre).

Radical re-design of one of the Company's processes to obtain major improvements on the quality/cost/delivery time characteristics of the products of this process.
