Project Management


Measurement of the ability of a process or a machine to meet specifications (product characteristics or process parameters).

Project approach

Set of actions aiming at optimising the efficiency of execution of the projects conducted in the Company.

Opportunity study

First phase of the project approach: the Project Owner completes studies or has them completed and prepares justifications to show that launching the project would be beneficial and interesting.

Feasibility study

Second phase of the project approach, follows the opportunity study; the project is launched; the project leader and his team outline solutions which meet the specifications.
