Job Title: Precure Material Handler

Basic Function: Supply lines with Material and transport product to the staging racks.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to work a 12-hour shift beginning either 7AM or 7PM.

2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

3. Ability to be a team player and interact with colleagues.

4. Ability to operate a forklift.

Principal Duties (additional duties may be assigned)

1. At the beginning of the shift check the overflow storage area for any material on the floor that can be put into the storage racks.

2. Check accumulator for each extrusion line periodically. As completed pallets accumulate, drive to accumulator, and perform the following.

a. Check to ensure that each roll has the platen number written on it in crayon.

b. Ensure no rubber is hanging off pallet. If so, reposition so that rubber is not hanging off the pallet.

3. Remove pallets and place in racks. If racks are full move to the overflow area.

4. Prior to loading pallet into the racks confirm that the platen number written on the rolls and the extrusion ticket platen number match the rack location sign.
