AMN/AMC Stock Specialist - Benefits

MISSION:

Ensure the deployemt and guarantee the proper implentation of Michelin stocks processes for AMN and AMC regions.
 

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

  • Lead the strategic coordination fo the stock program for AMN / AMC regions.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to lever best practices in operacional efficiencies. Partner with HR teams to procide recommendations for stocks processes decisions.
  • Operational support for Actions AMN and AMC Regions.
  • Annual Operational Support for (Performance Shares units) Acquisition Tax calculation period to AMN.
  • Organization, definition, execution and communication of the Bib'action AMC program.
  • Continuous negotiation with stock supplier and third parties to improve service.
  • Synergy between Compensation/Benefits, Payroll, Finance and Central Shares teams.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and documents related to the stock program.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:

  •  Employees are satisfied with service.
  • Support is provided in a timely fashion manner according to SLA.
  • Payroll Reports are delivered on timely manner. 
  • Tax calcultions is made in an accurate manner and delivered on time.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Support the administration of Michelin Employees Stock Programs: Bib’action & Performance Shares Unit (AGA) for North America.
  • Customer service and daily trouble shooting to AMN and AMC by e-mail, teams, calls and employee center tickets to Active, Retired and Family of Deceased employees subscribed to a Stock Employee Program.
  • Administration end to end of México Bibaction program: Legal, communication, Campaign, Payments and payroll report.
  • Active communication with Compensation/Benefits AMN for north America services
  • Active communication and negotiation with Vendor and French Based Stock Central team.
  • Stock Transactions Payroll reports: Biweekly and Annual
  • Recovery of outstanding balances on share loans for AMN and AMC: communication, control and registration.
  • Handling and communicating confidential information, reviewing, dispersing and translating official group documents. Drafting, reviewing and updating employee guidance documents.
  • In-depth knowledge of rules applicable to country-specific action programs (PSU calculation) and scope of service provided to each country (CA, USA & MX)
  • KPI’s

What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?

- Experience of 3 years in related field. (Benefits, Stocks Management)
