KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial information and provide quality financial information to the management

• Prepare, review, and analyze daily/monthly reports (Daily cost tracking reports, loop wise cost statement, Athamaru loan deduction summary, monthly quality & Scrap cost report).
• Provide monthly provisions & prepare Journal entries.
• Perform month end CO activities on corporate deadline & provide MF summary.
• Provide & update HFM results.
• Assist to Prepare Financial content for the monthly Plant performance review.
• Attend to financial review and take necessary actions (Raw material inventory consumptions, Energy, Supply & Maintenance and FOH).
• Analyze & Provide finance / management reports based on management requirements.

2. Assist to prepare plant manufacturing budget/ forecast

• Assist to prepare Plant manufacturing budget / forecast. (Manufacturing, OCS, and CAPEX)

3. Support cost saving initiative’s and controlling of capital expenditure (CAPEX)

• Participate & support to prepare CAPEX budget.
• Support the preparation of financial analysis for the investment projects of the plant.
• Analysis of CAPEX spending (Actual & Commitment).
• Review, validate, and prepare actual / forecasted project saving on monthly basis.

4. Monitor internal controls within the plant

• Support the standardization of Finance (data, process, system & compliances).
• Ensure adherence to the plant  internal controls.
• Monitor & attend to AUC capitalization.
• Assist to Conduct property plant and equipment’s verification and take necessary actions to discard or transfer.
• Manage plant IOU’s & petty cash reimbursement system.
• Manage Sundry collections / Cash receipts.
• Maintain stock accuracy within the plant by conducting stock counts and cycle counts frequently.  (Review & perform inventory adjustment transactions, Action plan for mitigating variances).

5. Costing system for plant

• Maintain accurate costing system for the plant.
• Review cost variances (STD vs Actual in PID level) on monthly basis of the plant.
• Analyze abnormal cost variances & work with relevant parties to minimize the variance.
• Validate the costing details of the new products of the plant.
• Validate the costing aspect of BOM and Routing changes of the products manufactured in the plant.

EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• A Bachelor's Degree specialized in Finance or Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English Language.
• Strong strategic influence and practical and positive approach.
• Experience in SAP environment is preferred.
• Ability work in a fast -paced environment with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
• A committed, energetic member with honesty and integrity.
