Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for the CRM domain.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust information systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure architectural alignment with Michelin Enterprise Architecture Team for industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IS team.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with the architecture and technology decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in information systems and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chief Architect or similar role in an IS program implementing SalesForce solutions.
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex information systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.

Salesforce certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified B2B Solution Architect
• Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect
