Mission:

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will lead and supervise the deployment of software packages, ensuring their stability, scalability, performance, security, and consistency. You will collaborate with Business Solutions stakeholders and EUR architects to implement secure, efficient, and sustainable digital solutions.

Your mission is to accelerate innovation by embedding security, compliance, and sustainability into every phase of the digital product lifecycle. You will foster a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our solutions are resilient, ethical, and aligned with Michelin’s commitment to mobility, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Through development, security, and operations practices, you will proactively manage risks and vulnerabilities, enable agile delivery via automated CI/CD pipelines, promote transparency and accountability across teams, and contribute to Michelin’s “All-Sustainable” strategy by building efficient, responsible, and future-ready digital solutions.

What we’re looking for:

Mandatory technical skills

  • Linux & Windows administration.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins.
  • Kubernetes deployment expertise.
  • IT security implementation & monitoring.
  • Basic Python development.
  • Middleware (Tomcat, Apache) management.
  • Azure Cloud proficiency.

Methodologies

  • Agile Practices: Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.

Soft skills:

  • Collaboration - ability to work closely with development and operations teams.
  • Problem-Solving - strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication - clear articulation of ideas and technical concepts to stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

Mastering Lean & Agile methods, quality and security (SecByD) rules and state of the art of DevOps practices:​

  • Supports BSS EUR teams in the implementation of the proper technical and NFR (Nonfunctional Requirements) specifications to cover the right level of business needs.
  • In collaboration with development teams, builds and automates optimized & secured CI/CD pipelines deployment.
  • Integrate security tools and practices into DevOps workflows. Also, together with cross-functional teams will promote a security-first mindset.
  • Collaborates during test and validation phases.
  • Helps with Change implementation for applications within his/her scope.
  • Manages the provision of environments and technical components to adequately support applications.
  • Maintains and upgrades system components following EUR Architect guidelines to ensure compliance with MGSR (Michelin Global Security Rules) and other Michelin standards.
  • Provides technical support by diagnosing and solving incidents to ensure service continuity of applications under his/her scope.
  • Automate security testing and compliance checks. Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents.
  • Collaborates with BSS EUR teams to understand, analyze, and find the root causes of complex incidents. Also, together with cross-functional teams will promote a security-first mindset.
  • Masters Lean & Agile methods, leading quality and security (Security by Design) rules and state of the art of DevOps practices, contributing to and challenging the vision with EUR architects and/or BSS counterparts.
  • Work on process improvement, task automation, and the integration of AI tools into daily routine activities.
  • Keep the application CMDB (Configuration Management Database) current and aligned with BSS EUR team needs and operational priorities.
  • Leverage Green IT practices to promote sustainable and efficient system usage.
