Digital Business Development Manager (F/M)

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
Business exploration
- Develop and manage new (and current) strategic partnerships to generate business (business model) and assess its market potential and competitive landscape (end to end).
- Meets with decision makers to analyze customers’ problem & needs and recommends solutions that enhance operating efficiency for the customer (Conducts Proof Of Concept)
- Test, validate and evaluate the POB of the innovation (Proof of Business – monetization of most valuable feature)
- Plan, prioritize and provide guidance to stakeholders (product development team for instance), defining MVP and content for new features delivery
- Build solid relationships with prospects, customers, vendors and distributors, as well as solid collaboration with sales, marketing, legal (contract management) teams.
- Client and/or product argumentation
Sales Operations and Execution
- Manage the budget planning process including sales growth, revenue growth, SG&A management and achievement of the corresponding budget that is approved by VP Sales
- When sales organization is in place, assist the teams to explain capabilities of the product and analyze data to identify the most suitable information depending on customer expectations
- Proactively analyze sales activity and effort among the team managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
- Positively impact the performance of team members by implementing/managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools.
- Define and put in place the key elements of the Marketing mix
- Develop a trustworthy environment that allows fruitful innovation ideas and efficient exchange
