MISSION: Guarantee right and timely customer invoicing of products and services by application of accurate prices and commercial conditions.
 

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Identifies rejections and manages the correction in the information system.
  • Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, duplicate or incorrect data
  • Captures customer’s requests & claims related to commercial terms and conditions and prices
  • Analyses and provides issue resolution or appropriate answer
  • Contacts, follows up and closes the loop with customer
  • Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences
  • Shares recurring problems with the relevant internal partner(s) in order to find solutions
  • Ensures the traceability of financial transactions, regardless type of payment, to answer to audits requirements
  • Produces and archives all supporting materials according to the rules in force in the territory covered
  • Applies legal, fiscal and internal control rules (including embargo’s rules).
  • Recommends actions and evolutions to improve the efficiency of work methods, internal control compliance and customer satisfaction

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or related
  • Advanced English
