REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES • Performance de l’équipe Fait preuve quotidiennement de son application des valeurs Agile & Lean comme la coopération, la transparence, le courage et l’humilité afin de promouvoir le travail d’équipe. Réfléchit en continu sur comment devenir plus efficace puis met au point et ajuste les normes de l’équipe et aide à mettre à jour les standards IT. • Le bon produit : Une solution qui génère de la valeur business est construite et déployée : · En comprenant (par l’implication dans les activités business) et en challengeant les exigences business · En traduisant les exigences business en exigences fonctionnelles · En concevant et développant la solution avec la prise en compte des principes et des orientations IT (règles EA comme la sécurité et l’intégration, méthodologies du groupe…) · En validant la solution globale · En contribuant à la gestion du changement, à la communication et à la formation pour déployer la solution • Bien livrer : Une solution stable, performante, évolutive, facile à utiliser, sécurisée, facile à maintenir et à exploiter est conçue et développée (cela inclut les exigences non-fonctionnelles) La solution fournit une formidable expérience utilisateur. • Livrer vite : Une approche incrémentale (Faire & Apprendre) est utilisée pendant la conception et le développement pour gérer le délai de mise en œuvre, en par exemple : - implémentant l’automatisation des tests et du déploiement des composants - étant capable de livrer rapidement de nouvelles fonctionnalités • Maintenance de la solution : Maintient et optimise une solution en marche courante en fournissant un support de niveau 3.
