CBS P2P VMF Analyst

MISSION:

The position ensures that all 7 activities are completed correctly and in time in accordance with internal control guidelines. Develop macros to improve efficiency in team´s activities with the purpose to improve quality and efficiency. 
Maintains an efficiency and improvement spirit in operational processes to identify waste and develop efficiencies in her/his scope.
Develops a sense for Customer Centricity and understanding of Internal Controls.

DAY TO DAY:

1. Manage employee database. Creation of new employees and update of the ones that are already in the system.

2. Analyze and follow up on Payment Failures with employees and AADs.

3. Complete New Set-up and Maintenance of Dealers (AADs) in system.

4. Solve Non-PO request in Dart.

5. Add, Correct or Fix VAT/Tax ID and/or TS Category to new Suppliers and existing. Managing SMD TS Maintenance queue.

6. Manage PO Transmission queue and Job Tracker App, in order to ensure the PO delivery transmission.

7. Perform Data Quality for Export Control.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PURPOSE?

• 1 year of experience working in areas related with purchasing

• English C1 is required, desirable proficiency in the Portuguese language.

• Good communication skills.
