MISSION
Lead the transfer of administrative activities within the Group, ensuring alignment with the objectives defined by the Project Sponsor and the Steering Committee, and in accordance with Group policies.
Key responsibilities include:
Successfully executing the transfer of administrative operations within the project timelines.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to establish and apply work instructions that maintain high service quality for employees.
Supporting recruitment and training of the new team responsible for delivering the transferred services, and coordinating their on-boarding and development.
The HR Team Manager will:
Oversee and coordinate the operational team managing Payroll and Administrative Personnel Data for France.
Lead, support, and develop the team, fostering continuous improvement.
Assess and allocate necessary human and financial resources to achieve team goals and project deliverables.
Plan and prioritize multiple activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Monitor performance in terms of quality, cost, timelines, and compliance with specifications.
Implement tools and processes to measure results and drive continuous progress.
Manage inter-dependencies across processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and French labor legislation.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments.
Conduct regular evaluations of team members’ skills and foster their development.
Apply and promote Group-wide management tools and practices.
What we are looking for:
Proficiency in both French and English.
Proven experience in team management and coordination.
Solid background in HR Administrative Operations in France (experience in Payroll is a must).
Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR procedures.
Effective leadership and decision-making abilities.
Adaptable and proactive in driving change and innovation.
