Industrial Project Manager (Experienced) SPA

REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES

1.     Le projet ou programme est structuré (y compris en terme de ressources) pour répondre aux objectifs fixés par le Sponsor et le Comité de pilotage.

2.     Le projet est conduit en appliquant la démarche projet industrie ou démarche projet procédé et en respectant  les standards associés (fiche projet, gouvernance, protocole budgétaire, check list de passage de jalons …).

3.     L’ensemble des livrables du cahier des charges est fourni dans le respect du cadre Qualité/Coût/Délai et la maîtrise des risques.

4.     Le management de l’équipe projet est assuré conformément aux orientations du Guide du Manager Michelin et au mode de fonctionnement en management transverse (cf  MOP _ 0405_DGP).

5.     La conduite du changement est assurée et produit les résultats attendus.

6.     Réalise un autodiagnostic de son/ses projet(s) et établit un plan d’action de progrès.
