KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • TRAINING: Business-ready Salesforce is delivered to the Sales Managers within a reasonable initial training period. From time to time, training courses are delivered that are fully adapted to close professional or behavioral competency gaps. Managers acknowledge the added value of training courses led by instructors (ILT). Coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders to drive e-learning and ILT programs for the field Salesforce
  • ORGANIZATION: Participation in the tactical and operational aspects of Salesforce organization design and execution, including ground definitions, people movements considering implications on business and people
  • DIRECTION AND CONTROL: quality monthly SFI is delivered within monthly deadline to Salesforce, considering inputs from all stakeholders, business strategy and guidelines and through intensive interaction with Sales Manager and Operational Marketing Manager. Coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver this on time and at desired level of quality. Ensure that all inputs are provided for the Salesforce weekly steering. Ensure active participation in the Salesforce weekly steering meeting in order to present the weekly priority agenda to the Salesforce
  • FIELD COACHING AND ACCOMPANIMENT: continuous on the job coaching is delivered to the Salesforce, especially on usage of all Sales tools and automation / digital tools
  • INCENTIVES: incentives are administered and paid to Salesforce as per the defined bonus offer.
