REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES • Le système qualité et les méthodes de son groupe sont mises en oeuvre (analyses de risques, AMDEC, revues de conception, planification qualité, DTE, traitement des NC, …). • Les études de faisabilité sont réalisées avec des CDC challengés et validés , les solutions possibles sont évaluées d’un point de vue coûts, délais, risques, critères de choix fonctionnels. • Les plans d’action nécessaires au pilotage des risques sont réalisés et suivis (calculs, simulation, tests…). • La conception des solutions retenues en faisabilité se fait en coopération avec les autres métiers concernés. • Les validations (CI, RF, RC) sont obtenues après les phases de réalisation, d’installation, de démarrage et mise au point des équipements faites en collaboration avec les métiers connexes de l’industrie. • Dossiers à jour pour : la disponibilité des OTG-OTS et releases ; le traitement des demandes d’évolutions, non conformités et l’obsolescence ; le respect de la règlementation. • L’homologation, la qualification et à la robustesse industrielle des équipements sont démontrées. • La propriété intellectuelle (PI) est traitée. Les brevets nécessaires sont déposés.
