Mechanical Support Technician

REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES
• Conformité des interventions (contrôle du déroulement des opérations dans les normes sécurité, environnement, qualité, respect des consignes, traçabilité…)
• Plans de maintenance optimisés (fréquentiel respecté, qualité assurée, analyses et propositions de remise en cause remontées, contrôler si les activités E sont systématiquement planifiées en cas d’inspections classées « C »,…)
• Efficacité de toutes les interventions (prévention des pannes, disponibilité des PDR, traitement définitif de la défaillance dans un temps optimisé, …)
• Amélioration du TRS-P (durée des pannes et des arrêts pour préventif, temps de cycle, taux de micro aléas,… à l’objectif défini par machine)
• Efficience de toutes les interventions (moyens mis en œuvre, consommation de PDR, rendement énergétique de l’installation maintenu)
• Processus MQP pris en compte (évènements de la veille analysés, demandes du briefing 5’ traitées ou escaladées…)
• Application des standards MTP par la maintenance respectée (verrous, procédures de déplombage)
• Maîtrise de l'impact lors des évolutions des équipements (Analyser les conséquences potentielles des évolutions sur la fiabilité, la qualité, l’efficacité en maintenance)
• Coaching des dépanneurs et des mainteneurs travaux programmés, (formation sur les interventions techniques, assurer l’application des méthodes de maintenance, promouvoir l’utilisation de Bibsolv+, maintenir la conformité de l’équipement, la mise à jour du dossier technique et de la nomenclature…)
