Michelin is hiring! We are looking for a Finance professional who is passionate about Treasury and people to join our company and be a key player of our Cash Management team.

The Opportunity:

Michelin has an immediate opening for a Treasury Zone Cash Team Manager to be a part of our growing company. You will play a significant role running the treasury cash management functions associated with a portfolio of affiliated companies in line with Michelin’s general treasury policies. This role requires strong team management skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and follow-through. You will add new value by leading a team, evaluating, and managing risk, and providing our business partners with timely data, analysis, and recommendations.

Are you a proven team leader with strong analytical and interpersonal skills? You will help develop a team of Treasury Analysts, manage all treasury activities, and communicate monthly treasury results to internal teams. The position will also focus on counterparty and liquidity risk to protect Michelin’s financial assets.

What You Will Do:

Ensure excellence in cash operations, including customer collections, outgoing payments, and treasury/financing operations.

Bank account structure optimization.

Company financing anticipated and put in place in accordance with Group rules.

Accounting foreign currency impact/result as close to zero as possible.

Bank account overnight balances close to zero.

Accurate Day 1 thru Day 3 and Month 1 through Month 3 cash flow forecast.

Standardized and secure cash management processes; timely and accurate daily bank reconciliation.

Connect with commercial sales teams and customers.

Report directly to the Treasurer.

What You Will Bring:

4 yrs Finance degree or applicable experience. MBA or equivalent Degree in a Financial field preferred.

Prior extensive Treasury experience.

Hierarchical management experience.

Proficient in Spanish preferred; French is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables & complex macros.

ERP systems experience is valued– mainly Oracle and BI.
