REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES :
• Passer les commande à partir des plans  d’approvisionnements (catalogues électroniques en priorité) ou par délégation ponctuelle
• Suivre les livraisons des produits dans le respect des procédures et des principes des achats Michelin.
• Identifier les non-conformités et les communiquer au demandeur et au fournisseur (retard, quantité, non qualité,….).
• Transmettre les demandes d'achats hors montant autorisé à l'acheteur.
• Gérer les commandes, depuis l'appel de livraison (à partir des plans d’approvisionnement), jusqu'aux plannings de livraisons.
• Transmettre aux  fournisseurs tous les éléments nécessaires à la bonne exécution de l’ordre (destinataire, adresse de livraison, emballage) sont transmis aux fournisseurs.
• Alimenter le suivi des indicateurs (création de valeur)
• Archiver les documents administratifs reçus
