Within the Michelin Group, the Business Line Lifestyle is structured around several brands: Michelin Guide (restaurants and hotels selection), Tablet Hotels (hotels selection), Rober Parker Wine Advocate (Wine selection), Via Michelin and Licensing.

While building on its B2B foundations, today's growth strategy also aims to leverage our distinctive assets and focus on B2C to drive brand preference and customer engagement. To this end, Michelin Lifestyle is recruiting a talented Senior Campaign Manager (wine domain) to help drive innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate across the globe.

Reporting to the Head of B2C CRM of Michelin Lifestyle, you will be responsible for defining and managing end-to-end campaign strategies, from concept creation to execution, ensuring each action aligns with the brand’s goals and delivers upon the business objectives. You will be working closely with teams from different departments, such as Creative, Analytics and Sales, to design persuasive messaging and engaging creative materials that will appeal to the target audience.

As the Senior Campaign Manager in the wine sector, you will be responsible for leveraging wine industry insights to build campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

MAIN EXPECTED ACTIVITIES

  • Drive the definition, development and implementation of omni-channel campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business teams to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging
  • Leverage knowledge of the wine industry, analytics and experimentation capabilities to build innovative communication strategies to increase engagement
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders within the Business Line and at the Group level (Group Communication, Digital, IT) to ensure consistency and make sure that the campaigns are aligned with the Business Line objectives and broader Group goals.
  • Ensure the measurement and reporting on the return on investment of campaigns and promotions
  • Secure that best-in-class analytical techniques (datamining, segmentation, predictive modelling) are applied to continuously improve campaign strategy and results
  • Lead cross-functional team projects across a wide range of stakeholders, clearly aligning business and data needs to meet engagement requirements
  • Collaborate with wine influencers and partners
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for campaign initiatives

KEY EXPERIENCES:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing Campaign and Customer communication
  • Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of tasks in order to deliver meaningful results on time and within budget
  • Experience in cross channel marketing campaigns: including direct mail, website, App, email marketing and social media
  • Strong understanding of wine production, terminology and the wine landscape is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in marketing digital, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Campaign Management

Skills and competencies

  • Experience in campaign management and data analysis
  • Focus on enhancing personalization and omnichannel strategies
  • Ability to drive campaigns improvements and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • English: C1 level required

Position based in Boulogne-Billancourt

Package 65 to 70k€ + bonus, depending on profile and experience.
