REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES
• Les Bonnes Pratiques Energie sont appliquées (REF_053_MMW). Les autodiagnostics sont animés
• Des standards de consommation par Activité et par type de matériel sont établis (Modélisation des flux usines et des niveaux de consommation).
• Le site dispose d’une vision, moyen terme , du management de l'énergie en cohérence avec les objectifs et ambitions du Groupe
• Le site optimise ses coûts et le MEF en améliorant sa performance énergétique
• Les indicateurs énergie et Environnementaux sont analysés et fiables. La performance énergie du site est communiquée au réseau DOMF
• Des retours d'expérience documentés enrichissent les connaissances de l'ensemble du réseau énergie ainsi que les concepteurs des nouvelles installations.
• La participation à l'optimisation des contrats est assurée (approvisionnement, transformation et maintenance, participation aux échanges avec les acheteurs énergie)
• L'efficience de la production et distribution de fluides est améliorée.
• Des supports sont assurés aux différentes activités du site pour améliorer leur consommation énergétique.
• La démarche Progrès est animée, avec l'implication de tous les acteurs (opérateurs, mainteneurs, techniciens, managers) au travers de groupes de pilotage, du MQP de production, de campagnes de sensibilisation...
• La participation à des diagnostics énergie dans le périmètre de la zone de l’Expert Energie est assurée.

En cas de Mission complémentaire d’APES T-Shape (~20%), assistance pour le Groupe ou pour une ZG sur un programme énergie ou sur actions spécifiques ( Audits / Diagnostics Energie / Une compétence clé en tant que référent / Déploiement d’une méthode)
