REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES

Etablir un diagnostic du Territoire et identifier les tendances clés du marché du sell-out

Elaborer des tactiques pour adresser son périmètre (marché, canal, géographie, ...)

Identifier et recruter de nouveaux partenaires channel en ligne avec les orientations de la Région

Conduire des business reviews, piloter et apporter des actions correctives le cas échéant

Développer et animer le partenariat :

  • Créer de la documentation et des programmes sur mesure pour les clients
  • Assurer la bonne allocation des ressources pour optimiser les performances de Michelin et de ses partenaires en cohérence avec la stratégie de distribution (y compris OMM, approche CatMan, ...)
  • Fournir aux clients/partenaires des communications régulières et des mises à jour qui concernent leurs activités, des solutions de formation appropriées aux partenaires, mesurer sa performance et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Gérer les projets qui lui sont confiés en s'assurant que les programmes sont conformes aux spécifications et aux exigences du client, en exécutant le "hand-off" aux parties prenantes

Promouvoir et valoriser l'approche Sell Out auprès de clients et de forces de vente sélectionnés afin de renforcer les performances respectives de Michelin et de ses partenaires.

Suivre la satisfaction des clients et contribuer à l'identification d'actions pour l'améliorer.
